1. Service Nature and Access

RBS EXAM HUB provides educational practice questions, explanations, and related learning material.
The content is intended for practice and preparation only and does not guarantee actual exam questions, grades, or results.
Each account is for one individual user only.
Access is limited to a maximum of 2 registered devices/browsers.
Course access is limited to the courses/content available under the user's active subscription or free access.

RBS EXAM HUB content is provided for the student's personal educational use only.
Questions, explanations, tests, and other platform materials must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, uploaded, resold, or shared with others.
Systematic screenshots, screen recordings, or other methods of reproducing platform content for sharing or redistribution are prohibited.
Account-specific identifiers/watermarks may be used to help prevent unauthorized sharing.

Sharing, transferring, selling, or allowing another person to use an account is prohibited.
Attempts to bypass device/browser restrictions or other platform security measures are prohibited.
Accounts may be restricted, suspended, or terminated where misuse or serious/repeated violations are detected.
RBS EXAM HUB may take reasonable steps to protect its platform and content from unauthorized use.

Students are responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts.
Students must use the platform only for lawful and personal educational purposes.
If a student believes a question, answer, or explanation contains an error, they should use the Report Question feature for review.
Students should report suspected unauthorized access to their account through the website's Contact Us page.

RBS EXAM HUB may update or improve its content, features, and services when necessary.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or updates.
These Terms of Use may be updated when necessary, and the latest version will be available on this page.
Continued use of the platform after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.

By purchasing a course or subscription from RBS EXAM HUB, you agree to the following terms:

Course access is normally activated within 24 hours of successful payment.
Students must provide correct email/account information when completing their purchase.
Access is provided only for the course, book, package, or subscription purchased.
If access is not received within 24 hours, the student should contact RBS EXAM HUB through the Contact Us page.
If RBS EXAM HUB is unable to provide access within a maximum of 48 hours after successful payment, the student is eligible for a full refund.

Purchases are non-refundable once course access has been successfully activated, except where required by applicable law.
Refund requests for non-delivery of access should be submitted through the Contact Us page.
A change of mind after access has been activated does not qualify for a refund, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Course access remains valid for the duration displayed at the time of purchase and automatically expires when that period ends.
Courses marked Lifetime Access are not subject to the standard expiry period, subject to continued availability of the platform.
Purchasing one course does not provide access to other paid courses or packages.
Free trials, promotional access, and free content may have separate availability periods or limitations.

Each purchase is for the personal use of the registered student only.
Accounts and purchased access must not be shared, transferred, or resold.
Each account may be used on a maximum of 2 registered devices/browsers, according to the platform's access controls.
Use of RBS EXAM HUB remains subject to the full Terms of Use above.

RBS EXAM HUB provides practice and educational material only and does not guarantee that its questions will appear in an actual examination, or that a student will achieve any particular grade, score, or academic result.
Questions and explanations are prepared for educational practice. Suspected errors may be submitted through the Report Question feature for review.
RBS EXAM HUB may reasonably update its courses, questions, explanations, platform features, and these Terms & Conditions of Purchase when necessary.
